The first 56 pages are themessage of President James Buchanan and accompanying documents. The rest of the book is devoted to the report of the Secretary of the Interior. This large octavo is quite a handsome volume; the corners are bumped and there is a tiny chip to the rear edge of the spine, else a Fine copy. Size: 8vo - over 7" - 9" tall. First Edition..
